Join us online Thursday evenings for a slow paced practice that explores stillness and breath.

A Yin practice focuses on release using time, gravity, and patience. It is, for the most part, practiced on the floor interspersed with natural movement. The postures are held anywhere from 2 to 10 minutes, supported by the breath and any required or chosen props. Targeting the fascia and connective tissue surrounding our joints, the poses are held in a space of surrender, where students practice quieting the breath, the body, and the mind in the face of discomfort. This practice is accessible to all levels of practitioners.

As this session is online, via zoom, it is recommended that you have an existing yin practice and some props available. Recommended props are bolsters, blankets, and blocks, or any household items that could double as them.
