Payments

Unless arrangements are made ahead of time, all payments should be made through secure payment on the website. Arrangements can be made for e-transfer and cash payments.

As space in the yurt is limited, payment is required to guarantee your spot. Regular students can "reserve" space through a PM or email, but payment is still required a week prior to start of class. At that time, any unpaid reserved spot will revert to "available".

When a class or workshop has a waiting list, payment may be requested sooner. This way, if you are not committed to attending, someone else can register.

Refunds

There are no refunds for missed classes or workshops as your registration and payment confirms that spot for you.

You may be able to transfer your spot to a friend with approval from the instructor.

A full refund or credit will be made if earthMonkey yoga cancels a class or workshop.

Cancellations

You've registered and paid in advance as your commitment to your practice, therefore I also commit to being there. Classes and workshops will not be cancelled, short of an emergency ... or really bad Nova Scotia weather! If that should happen, every attempt will be made to reach you via email or Facebook Messanger.
