Mornings are messy and it’s ok if your practice is as well.
Join Tamara for a short wake up session on Zoom. It starts early, so you attend in whatever you fall out of bed in, bedhead and all! Practice where it makes sense for your morning, and it’s OK if people are passing through and making coffee!
We will start seated, with pranayama (breath work) and follow that with gentle movements, finishing with meditation and a short chant. You might also take this time to set an intention.
Before joining us, take a few moments to wash your face, hands, and feet and perhaps scrape your tongue if that is part of your routine. Other than that, just show up as you are!
This is accessible to all levels of practitioners, but know that detailed instruction will not be given.
