Join us on Monday evenings for a strong class with a focus on strength, mobility, and endurance through flow style sequencing borrowed from the aṣṭāṅga (ashtanga) primary series. Each class begins with a short prāṇāyāma (breath) practice, moves through a flow style sequence, and ends with śavāsana (rest). We will occasionally break down our poses and discuss substitutions, modifications, and prop usage. While a strong class it is accessible to all levels of practitioners who can get up and down from their mat.

Pre-registration for a monthly session guarantees your spot and works out to $15/class. Drop-in is when space allows. As space in the yurt is limited to 8 students, students must reach out before “dropping in“.
