Vinyasa yoga is often described as a moving meditation, but also as a fitness based practice. It is a dynamic breath-focused practice that utilizes sun salutations to link sequenced asanas (poses) into breath and body linked movement. The practice creates and sustains clarity of focus plus builds inner heat as it develops strength and flexibility in equal proportion, resulting in improved balance, resilience, and endurance.

While this is a strong practice, it is accessible to all levels barring any serious injuries. Students work at their level making the appropriate adjustments, and resting when necessary.
