Small Practices

In a world that keeps pulling us toward urgency, small practices—a few mindful breaths, a brief meditation, a gentle stretch between tasks—can quietly reshape the way we move through our days. These simple moments create space where tension softens, clarity returns, and we’re reminded that we don’t need an hour on the mat to reconnect with ourselves. My offerings are designed to support that kind of sustainable, everyday nourishment.

They are offered by donation, with absolutely no expectation; if you’re able and wish to contribute, donations can be sent at the end of each month. Your presence in practice is always enough.

Meditations

Your Very Existence Proves Your Worth (~10 minutes)
This guided meditation invites you to rest in the truth that your very existence proves your worth. Gentle and invitational, it offers space to simply be—without needing to earn or prove anything.

Honouring Your body (~10 minutes)
This 10-minute guided meditation invites you to slow down, soften, and offer simple gratitude to the body that carries you. Gentle prompts guide you from the feet to the crown—inviting awareness, tenderness, and a quiet appreciation for what your body does every day, especially on the days it feels tired or imperfect. No experience required — just bring yourself and whatever tenderness you need.

Redefining Your Relationship With Pain (~8 minutes)
Take a few minutes to pause, breathe, and meet your body with compassion. This 10-minute guided meditation offers a gentle, trauma-sensitive space to notice sensations without judgment, create space around discomfort, and explore a kinder, more supportive relationship with your experience.

Walking Meditation - Listening to the Living World (~20 minutes)
I always find it funny that many of us try a nature-sound meditation while wearing headphones or earbuds. There’s a sweet irony in listening for birds, wind, and leaves while tiny speakers are tucked into our ears. And that’s okay—there’s no “right way” to do this practice. Whether you arrive fully unplugged or with one ear still connected to your device, nature usually finds a way to reach you. This meditation is here to meet you exactly where you are. Please note there are periods of silence for you to practice in.
