Take time for yourself this holiday season with a grounding Yin + Meditation workshop.
This session welcomes yoga students of all levels who want to deepen their Yin practice through longer holds and sustained release, as well as meditation students who would like to gently open the body and settle the breath before sitting.
We’ll begin with dirga pranayama (three-part breath)—a deeply calming and centering breathing practice. You’ll be guided progressively through belly breathing, two-part breath, and ultimately the full three-part breath to prepare the body and nervous system for stillness.
With breath and body softened, we’ll transition into long-hold Yin shapes, focusing on opening the hips, easing tension through the back, and drawing your awareness fully into the present moment.
We’ll close our time together with a guided meditation to support clarity, spaciousness, and deep rest.
