Join Tamara for two hours to explore breathwork options to help you manage your stress and anxiety.
During this workshop we will learn about, discuss, and practice 3 to 4 different breath styles that support grounding, inner focus, and awareness. We will also pair one or two of these breath practices with restorative yoga shapes that you can practice at home when needed.
Some of our discussion will cover yin/yang ideas, energy channels, and perhaps how using chakras as focal points can help tap down building anxieties.
Please note that while breathwork can help manage stress and anxiety, it cannot cure it. This workshop hopes to give you a few more tools for your mental health tool box.
