Gentle yoga is not just about sitting and stretching, but about learning to be gentle with yourself and your practice, regardless of your experience with yoga.

In these sessions we will discuss how using props, breath-work, and patience can assist you in taking your practice to a level that makes sense for your body. We will explore all levels of asana practice, focusing on how to make the approach gentle and developing a gradual understanding of the individual yogi's needs and capabilities at any given time, in any given practice. We will earn how to listen to the breath and body, and become comfortable with our practice, where ever it may be each time we step on our mat.

These sessions are for all levels of practitioners and a beginners mind is highly encourage.

What to wear: comfortable, loose clothing
What to bring: your yoga mat, a bottle of water
